Before the Assignment

  • Detailed specification returned for approval
  • Search, identification and briefing of matched candidates
  • Shortlist of 2-3 candidates submitted to include CVs, references and fee requirements
  • Interviews scheduled between Client and Interim Executives
  • Selection of successful candidate and contract negotiation

During the Assignment

  • Scheduled contact programme agreed with both Client and Interim Executive
  • Regular review meetings and conference calls to ensure all key deliverables are met

After the Assignment

  • Three way project review between Client, Interim Executive and Touchwood Interim
  • Post-assignment feedback documentation and analysis completed where required
