- Interviews scheduled between Client and Interim Executives
- Selection of successful candidate and contract negotiation
During the Assignment
- Scheduled contact programme agreed with both Client and Interim Executive
- Regular review meetings and conference calls to ensure all key deliverables are met
After the Assignment
- Three way project review between Client, Interim Executive and Touchwood Interim
- Post-assignment feedback documentation and analysis completed where required
